Making things a bit less easy to delete feels like a good idea, as does not having bins everywhere
No doubt there's a nicer way to update things but I haven't been able to work it out

Refactors the dashboard project to use remote functions, mirroring #55.
Also a few additions:
Remote functions are really growing on me. I'd like to move over to them completely. Also it'd be nice to further untangle Supabase and Pinata from the dashboard. The API should be doing the leg work.
A few bits to address before this can be safely merged:
